I’d be interested in your elaboration about the line “it prevents iterative development”. Why would we want to prevent iterative development? Isn’t that one of the goals of product management? I would want my product teams to be able to iterate upon a piece of work to make it better, on the basis that we the first thing we build is usually not going to be perfect.
